To stop Brexit.

What is the most pressing issue of the day? It’s pretty obvious. I had started writing this post as a way of informing people about splitting the vote in the upcoming European elections – a phenomenon of sorts where parties with a similar stance end up fighting against each other rather than against an opposition.

Stop educating our children.

Let me start with a grossly offensive and obscene statement: “We should not teach our children about religion. It is my right as a parent that my kid doesn’t become exposed and converted to Islam or to Judaism or Christianity. As a parent it’s my job to decided when to educate my child on these religious identities, these lifestyle choices. No one forces you to be religious, and I don’t mind people being religious, as long as you don’t shove it down my family’s throat!”

Bi-partisan political agendas.

Last night I recorded and tried to upload a new video. In it, I said that nothing on the Brexit debate had moved forward, which was kind of true, until I finished recording and saw a notification from BBC News – Parliament had voted to take control of the Brexit process away from the Prime Minister.

Each to their own.

What worries me most about contemporary society isn’t perhaps the sharing of extreme views that I fundamentally disagree with. It’s not the crap that is peddled by some, but the fact that people can be so primitive about an argument they are unable to judge evidence at face value and seem to take everything published as gospel.

Navigating the waves

I am seething as I write this. We’ve been led, forced to walk the plank under duress, by this Conservative premiership since day one. We’ve been kind and understanding, we (the public) have entrusted not only her, but our official opposition to debate Brexit like adults and put not the desires of their party funders before the national interest.
